We are foremost a service oriented business, but have invested heavily in developing technology to ensure that we can efficiently and reliably provide our services. Our business model is unique; it is focussed on providing benefit for both our customers (IP practitioners) and their clients (IP holders). We never directly approach our customers' clients for work, nor do we compete with our customers. We enable our customers to outsource their IP administration, whilst still maintaining their all-important relationships with their clients.

Our customers and our suppliers can be found throughout the world. We maintain banking facilities in 14 major currencies and are able to receive and make payments in any of these currencies. This provides substantial flexibility to both our customers and our suppliers.
